Golden color out of the bottle with a big fluffy white head. Very carbonated beer and very lively on the tongue. This is a style busting pale ale. Malty nose with some spice. Flavors of caramel sweetness, some over ripe bananas and yeasty bread. Some spices that almost hint at a dunkel wiesen. Not what you would expect from a pale ale. A great beer to pair with burgers or steaks.

Murky gold color with a thin foamy white head. Sweet nose with some orange and some spice. Sweet beer with honey and candi sugar. Bitter orange peel, something floral and some spice that finished with a white sugar sweetness. The claimed 7% is well hidden so don't let the high Al content scare you off.

excellent example of what a lager beer should taste like. Dark straw, slightly cloudy, moderate foamy white head, nice lacing. Pale dusty and barnish malt aroma. Seems to have a bit of sweetness that lends itself well to this one. Moderate body and mouthfeel. Lingering cardboardy musty grassiness.

Hazy straw, fairly dirty, thin spritzy white head, dies some what quickly. Nice bready aroma, very faint clove and banana. Smells like a Wheat beer. Wheaty start, very musty, slight citrusy grains of paradise like flavor. Body and mouthfeel are moderate, not very heavy or wheaty, otherwise a bit spritzy. Certainly wheaty, but its also not as spicy as a Belgian Wit. Feels very bready. Finishes with a strong wheaty and spicy aspect. Its been Americanized, but not to badly.

for a medium hop beer i felt the hops were a little strong but i really enjoyed the caramel malt flavoring. Over all this beer had a great finish. This is a small brewery who's just getting started but show great promise.

combines my 2 favorite styles, fruit and wheat. Pours a pale yellow, cloudy color with small white head that hangs for a bit leaving broken lace. The aroma is typical for wheat with addition of pineapple, very refreshing aroma. The taste follows the aroma, this is some good stuff, nice pineapple flavor but doesn't take over beer. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing.

pours a dark amber, light brown color with a light beige head that sticks around for a bit leaving some decent lacing. The aroma nutty and roasty with the taste being a sweet roasted taste. Good beer to end the tour with. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with nice carbonation, a very well constructed Dunkel.

pours a moderately hazy straw yellow color, with small white head that fades quickly leaving virtually no lace. The aroma has doughy notes, citrus and hint of cranberry. The taste follows the aroma & is quite pleasant and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is on lighter side of medium with moderate amount of carbonation.

The taste light hop, with lots of fruit tastes, very well done. The mouthfeel is lighter side of medium with ample carbonation.

pours nearly the same golden yellow color as the IPL Eins, with large white head, fades very slowly, leaving nice lace. The aroma is very similar to IPL Eins but a little more citrus notes. The taste is fruitier then IPL Eins, with nice dose of Guava. The mouthfeel is light medium with ample carbonation.

pours a dark black brown, Opaque with small tan head and small bubbles. The aroma is medium roasted darker malts, some light chocolate, and touch of smoke. The taste is good roasty malty, with just a touch of chocolate and smoke. Mostly deeply roasted cereal. A little nutty. Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied. Lightly carbonated.

pours a pale orange hue with a light haze and a moderate effervescence, with a small thick head of frothy white foam. The aroma is light golden malt aroma with a fair bit of sweetness. There's also a yeasty, doughy character that is kind of interesting. Hops are kept to a minimum. The taste is earthy hops right up front, with a bit of citrus to them as well. Body is much less on the sweet side and has a bit of tartness and graininess as well as a good bitterness. The mouthfeel is light to medium body with a good level of carbonation and a pretty decent creaminess.

Pours a clear chestnut brown with a nice off white head with some bubbles and has a solid retention and patchy lacing. The aroma is skunky musty hops and nutty, caramel malt. The taste is of caramel malt presence, followed by funky almost vegetal hops.

My bottle says this is made in Vermont, not Canada. Pours completely clear. Looks like 7up in my beer glass. Headless with a persistent little white ring of foam. The aroma is pears, naturally, but it’s pretty unobtrusive. The taste is sweet and tart with a dry finish. Medium-high carbonation. Seems a little simplistic but it’s not bad.

pours a deep dark brown nearly black, with a small head of beige bubbles which vanished almost instantly. No lacing to speak of. The aroma is faint aroma of roasted grains, molasses, and some dark fruits (black cherry). A hint of mustiness. The taste is roasted barley, caramel malt, molasses, brown sugar, black cherry, and plum are forward, with a hint of musty hop bite in the finish. Slight but not unpleasant mineral taste throughout, lending a certain uniqueness. The mouthfeel is a little watery, with truly prickly carbonation.

Pours a raspberry color with nice white head that hangs around for a while. The aroma is raspberries and not much else. The taste is raspberries but not overpowering. The mouthfeel is light bodied and nicely carbonated.

Pours a near black color with a creamy tan head billowing above. The head settles to a creamy film, but leaves next to nothing for lacing. The aroma is mildly chocolaty character with semi-sweet dark chocolate and light milk chocolate, but mainly just subtle cocoa. This just doesn't smell all that fantastic to me. The taste does little more to build on the aroma with mild unsweetened dark chocolate, subtle cocoa, and that's about it for chocolaty flavors. It's not rich or creamy or sweet or anything like I expected. The mouthfeel is decent creaminess from the body, but nothing special. Carbonation is ok. Stouts are my least favorate sytle of beer.

Pours black in color with a tan head and leaves full lace immediately and all the way down the glass. The aroma is sweet notes of fermented oats, brown sugar, hint of smoke and chocolate. The taste is sweet milk chocolate and oats, with creamed coffee mid-palate, gets a little more bitter burnt charcoal of a flavour at the finish, but a sweet beer overall. The mouthfeel is not cloying from the sweetness, creamy and smooth, medium to full bodied even.

pours a pale mahogany with a small off-white head leaving light lace. The aroma is sweet, a little caramel, nice fresh bread. The taste is nicely balanced, nice hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is light, dry. Drinkability is good, tasty bock, full flavor but light and balanced.

The aroma is hoppy, but not very assertive; earthy, soapy, a hint of tropical fruit. The taste is earthy and leather up front followed by a little citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a moderately dry finish.

Pours a light golden amber color with a thick white foam head that doesn't stick around for very long but does leave a few rings of lace. The aroma is a faint caramel malt and grain scents. The taste is a nice light sweetness initially with a touch of grassy hops and grain in the finish. Toasted bread and caramel malt round out the flavor. Very nice flavor considering the style. Overall a very drinkable and easily one of the best that I have had thus far.
