Appearance was a nice bubbly dark brown, flavor was of plums, raisins, and a hint of vanilla. Alcohol is very well hidden especially considering the content. A little too sweet. Very rich character.

A golden yellow color with a large head. A very lemony and sugary aroma. The flavor is quite sweet yet sour with lemon drop candies and some peach flavors present. Pretty good stuff.

Aroma is floral and hoppy. Appearance is golden like you would expect. Flavor is hoppy with some malt presence and has a hint of citrus. Good beer for hot weather. And it sure is hot as hell right now!

Orangish appearance. Smells of wheat, oranges, and pears. Flavor is fairly light with a hint of banana. More of an apricot citrus fruit taste. A rather light palate. An enjoyable wheat beer.

Im not into wheat beers so I may be a little hard on this one. Smells and tastes excatly like bananas. Typical for this style. Cloudy yellow appearance. Wheat beers are for monkeys!

  • Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

This is one excellent brown ale. Brownish red appearance. Flavor is slightly bitter with a nice nutty flavor. Silky texture similar to all Sam Smith beers. This beer would be better without the damn clear bottle. Fine brew.
