pours a cloudy yellow color with small white head, the aroma stanky of hops which combined with all the other ingredients to form a moderately tart/sour IPA with just a little too much canned fruit. The taste goes down clean with a tart and just slightly fruity finish. The unique yeasts they say the used on this seem to have made a nice tart beverage.. The mouthfeel is light with decent carbonation. Didn't really pick up much strawberries.

Pours golden with solid clarity; small creamy eggshell white head that falls leaving great retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have a nice blend of banana and bubblegum. Subtle spice notes. Lots of yeasts. Malts are there. The flavors follow the nose. More banana and bubblegum leading the way. The spices are subtle. The mouthfeel is on the fuller side of light-bodied with moderate to low carbonation.

The aroma is light overall, consisting of a little bit of a grainy and caramel aroma mixed with notes of hay and corn. The taste starts out with a crisp cracker and slightly grainy malt flavor mixed with some light notes of hay and corn. The mouthfeel is very light and crisp with a nice carbonation level.

The taste is very light hopped with nice fruit finish, well balanced. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with nice carbonation. This beer is the least IPA, IPA I've ever had. Finally a good IPA!
