This stuff is cheap for an import, and it tastes pretty damn good. Not bitter, very smooth... not weak in anyway. It has a good smell, and the taste is rich and hearty. When compared to many other imports, it's just as good (if not better in some cases) and for $5.89 a six-pack... you should try it! There are horrid domestics that cost more than this, and it actually tastes good!

This is the best cheap stuff I've ever had. I picked up a 6-pack for $3, and it had dust all over it, but for 3 bucks, it was worth a shot! I'm usually against drinking cheap swill, but this one is different as in, I have never tasted any beer that remotely tasted like this. It's almost un-beerlike, but yet you still get what you want out of it (other than a buzz) it actually tastes good. It definitely has a sweet taste, kinda like molasses... its dark, the packaging is hilarious with the gold foil and tiger (it even has misspelled words!) I can't describe this properly, its worth trying without spending barely anything on it!

This is one of the best tasting beers I've ever had the pleasure of trying. I'm from upstate NY originally, and the Utica area sucks, but the Saranac Brewery is one thing to be proud of since they create some of the best flavored brews around, and aren't ridiculously overpriced. The Chocolate Amber you can taste that cocoa zing in the aftertaste... its too bad this isn't a regular one that Saranac brews, its only a special seasonal one (as I've never seen it except in a sampler pack). They should start making this one as a regular because its just that good!

This stuff is great! Its heavy and hearty dark brew, and if it was easier to find, I'd drink it all of the time. The only thing you have to wonder about is, if its brewed in the Ukraine, I wonder if the water is contaminated from Chernobyl?

This is by far the most disgusting beer I've ever had. It's so bad, I can still taste how bad it is years after I've tried it... it's just that bad. It left a film all over my tongue that I couldn't get rid of even with Listerine... it was as lingering as garlic or onions! It's bitter, tangy, and feels dirty... If urine was bottled, this is definitely what it would taste like. I only bought it while I was at a concert in Cleveland, because it was $1, and that's all I could afford that night.
