I admit, personal pet peeve. This is not mead. It is a wine that is sweetened with herbs and honey (the description they give). Beyond that, I found this "mead" unbalanced and harsh. It is thin and the spices are out of sync with the sweetness. All in all, I can't recommend it (especially as mead).
