This is one of those beers that I want to like but I just can't no matter how hard I try. I had attempted the extra stout before and a buddy bought this so I gave it a shot, and unless you enjoy dark beers, like others have said, stay away from it, or, try it but don't buy it. I don't think Guinness is all that it's hyped up to be, I'm sure I'm being a bit unfair due to my mostly dislike of dark beers, so take that into consideration. Oh well, I tried to enjoy it, but it's just to much to stomach.

Aroma was nice, I poured this in the side of the glass and it still almost flowed over, took me by surprise to say the least. Very foamy and frothy, was pretty. All of that is good and well until I tasted it... Maybe it's just because of the type of beer that it is, but it honestly tasted like licking an old bandaid. No lie, I got all excited about this one, and was let down... Like I said I may be judging it harshly because I am not familiar with the style.

Been wanting to try this one for a while. Opened the top and smelled good, poured a dark amber like color, not much head and what it did have didn't stay very long. Wow, just now tasted it and I really like it. Has a warm full-bodied flavor to me, and the aftertaste is wonderful and doesn't ruin the overall flavor like alot of beers. This is really good and definitely worth a shot..

Nothing great, in fact the light version is better. Very watery, like most others, not alot of taste difference from the light, to me. I think it's not the worst, but there is better. If trying Keystone though I think you need to stick to light.

I still can't rate this to high because of what it is, but I really don't think that it's to bad of a light beer. Alot of people I know think it is the best, maybe I haven't had it enough to come to that conclusion, but it sure isn't the worst. It is a good thirst quencher like someone previously mentioned, so give it a shot I say.
