This beer is a summer time staple in Michigan and regularly goes on sale at 7.99 the six pack. I also have had it on draft many times, most recently on Mackinac Island at Seabiscut Tavern (nice place - fairly new) Served with an orange slice for those that like it, I drink mine without fruit. Good wheat beer and I cannot add anything, except thta I have always had it when fresh, so no "muskiness".

I was hooked on Mackeson for awhile. To me, it is the archetype of sweet stout just as Guinness is the dry stout benchmark. It is fun to try them against each other. I thank Mr. Jackson for broadening my horizons.

A real treat and excellent value. Seems kind of like a Vienna style, but I am no style expert. Malty, flavorful and a real nice beer. The Schell variety pack, with six different flavors, is beer drinking fun.

A little fruitiness, a little bit sweet and a summer time guilty pleasure of mine. Formerly a Cincinnati beer, now it appears to be contracted. The uniquiness makes this preferable to mainstream beers. No competition for Grolsch, Urquell, & etc, but simple and fun for the summertime.
