I just became legal here in Ontario :-D. Now I can finally buy my own beer! I’m looking for some great beers that I can get in the area... So many beers, so little time!

Hrm.... what to say. This is a very strong beer, with noticeable sweet soy sauce aroma, which thankfully doesn’t come through into the flavour. Mild alcohol, hardly noticeable when you consider how much is in it. Easy to drink too much without realizing it, I’m sure. Light carbonation helps the flavour come through without a coke-like burn on the palate. Good beer, but takes some getting used to. It took me a whole hour to get through the one bottle.

Not qute the same quality as the Brune, but still tasty. Lively carbonation. A bit light-flavoured, but that is mostly perception brought on by limited sampling of primarily extremely strong beers.

Aroma difficult to really place; I’m going to say a bit caramelly, with roasty, earthy touches. Alcohol is noticeable, but not too strong. Great Palate! Full body, creamy, lively carbonation, slightly bitter, almost metallic aftertaste, but the metallica part is probably due to the foil around the bottle, from which I was drinking, lacking proper glassware
