  The Apricot really pushes the flavor to the back of the tongue. It makes you want to put more in. I've had this on tap and from a bottle. It is best when allowed to breathe a bit. Though it has it's own container, it's worth dirtying a glass to fully experience the aroma. A big bonus: I won a t-shirt after drinking enough of them. The secret messages under the cap are great. I got a cap that said "You're a Winner!" and I truly felt like one.

  This fine ale is a blessing to the tongue, & a prayer to the throat. Hand pumped it keeps about a 1/4 inch of head throughout its consumtion. This seems to lock the flavor into the beer beneath the froth. As it slidea across your palate it fills your olfactory with wonderful hints of spice & malt. Three cheers for Yard's ESA.
