  Best beer EVER!!! Rated best beer in the Southern Hemisphere and it took second place in the "best beer in the world" competition, along with London Pride. A rich, strong ale for the serious drinker. The chocolate and amber malt lends a dark and mysterious colour to Gilroy Serious. A superior ale, best enjoyed by savouring the layers of flavour and taste. The Gilroy Serious has 7% alcohol by volume. "This is extremely well made and easy to drink, despite the high alcohol which is not noticable in the taste. A rare handcrafted masterpiece from the southern hemisphere."   A superb pale ale brewed with Gilroy's own yeast. The Gilroy Favourite has 4% alcohol by volume, earning its place as the favourite pale ale. "This beer is thin in body, light and extremely easy to drink. But this does not mean devoid of flavour.
