  I've drank Rochefort 8 many ,many times over the years , just last Sat I had a session of five bottles of these @ a local boozer (pub) . I could say this is captivating but you know that or that it's as smooth as criminal and you should know that too. Smooth, addictive, complex, yet friendly and God damn flavourful :That's Rochefort 8 as an experience. It pours out a Brown liquid ,with a good looking beige head: the aroma points @ raisin.dark cherry. milk chocolate. spicy floral hops(when fresh) Drinking this fine beer you receive a powerful smack of rich intense dark complex flavours. Boozy dark fruits. The smooth chocolate notes. A good dry backdrop stops it getting overly cloying. A damn ,damn great beer : this kinda complexity is actually pretty simple : It kicks ass!!
