About:
I am a student completing my fifth year of university in Waterloo, Ontario. My father has always been interested in sampling various beer and I feel this has rubbed off on myself. Hopefully my BeerPal review section will grow rapidly over the next few months.

Pours a cloudy brown, but as it mixes it turns to a nice reddish-brown with a thick creamy head that lasts throughout the experience. There is little aroma, I suspect due to the thick head. Mild and fine carbonation leads to a sweet caramel taste that finishes much more bitter. The thick taste and creamy head make this a very desirable beer for myself. This is one of my favourites and will continue to be on my top list.

Pours a brownish-red colour with a head that settles slowly. Definitely a strong nose with a hint of apple, but not overwhelming. Feel thick in mouth, much like Kilkenny, but the overall medium-carbonated taste is very malty. I enjoyed this beer and I feel the name and bottle will lead me to buy for friends in the future.

Pours a perfect light golden colour with fine bubbles and a thin head that disappears quickly. Nose is light, yet consistent and unique. In my mouth it feels very similar to a good champagne with a taste that just seems to fit perfectly into a stronger pilsner category. A great beer and I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Pours a light and hazy golden, maybe even yellowish with a bubbly head that takes some time to settle. Larger than normal bubbles float to the top. Nose is very light and has a hint of creamy citrus - not overly appealing in my mind. Feel minimally carbonated and tastes like unbaked bread dough. A different beer that does not make me want to try many other "organic" lagers. I will have to try other Mill Street brews in the future.

Pours a beautiful golden colour with plenty of bubbles and a short, quick-to-disappear head. Very strong lemon-like aroma that makes it clear it is indeed a strong beer. Taste is thick and sharp, but very enjoyable. This would be a great beer to enjoy on a hot summer day.
