Buffalo Bill Cody Beer is brewed and bottled by our friends at Yellowstone Valley Brewing Company in Billings, Montana. George Moncure and head brewer Ryan Koga developed Buffalo Bill Cody Beer's flavor to be consistent with the image and legacy of the man that made the wild-west famous. A medium bodied beer with a fresh, crisp taste, Buffalo Bill Cody Beer is a perfect choice for anyone who loves the outdoors, whether you are fly fishing on the North Fork of the Shoshone River, sitting around the campfire in hunting camp, hiking through the scenic wonders of Yellowstone National Park, or at home with friends planning your trip to Cody, Wyoming to enjoy everything that this part of the world has to offer. Buffalo Bill Cody Beer is a traditional rye by standards, but modified Rocky Mountain-style. It starts with a bright straw-amber color and follows with a mild fruity-estery aroma at low levels. The taste is crisp and light to the tongue but pushes toward medium with a Rockies-style addition of biscuit malt. Hop bitterness is low to allow malt and spicy-dry rye flavors to come through, and gives Buffalo Bill Cody Beer a nice, smooth finish!
