We choose to make a serious effort to be that in both our beverage and the community. The entire Western Collective project was created to flip the script on what normal meant. When we started there were already 10,000 breweries in the country and over 20 in Boise. We were joining a community of many, not a community of few. The goal was to build something that had never been seen before in Boise. Opening its doors in 2018, Western Collective joined the Boise brewery scene with a bang.
