The University of Ballarat Brewery is a state of the art brewing system supplied by DME Brewing Services. It has a brewlength of 6 hectolitres and is capable of brewing all styles of beer (it's only up to the imagination of the brewer). The licensed brewery has been placed in the refurbished Student Union Building where it is an integral part of the new bar and dining room redevelopment. The brewery is used for industry training programs, undergraduate teaching, postgraduate research and commercial brewing.
