This is beer as it would have been served before modern technologies of refrigeration and forced carbonation! Served at cellar temperature (50 - 55 F) with a beer engine in a traditional British Nonic Glass. A new cask is tapped each Friday and is served until the last pint is pumped. Ask your server which cask conditioned ales are available now. Please ask your server about LIMITED AVAILABILITY CASKS - WITH SPECIAL PRICING. Flights of Beer We also have flights of 5 beers. You choose the beers from our draught list; and we serve you 5 four-ounce steins. $6 Each >6% ABV selection is an additional $2.
