Links: Sign Up to Participate:Overlooked by the iconic Blackstairs Mountains, our brewery is located in the heart of Wexford, a county, which was once a brewing stronghold, a tradition we are resurrecting. Inspired by this past, we are producing a unique range of beers. Made from all-natural ingredients and brewed in small batches for greater flavour and quality. The wolf in our logo ? The Blackstairs Mountains were the final refuge of the last wolf in Ireland, which survived here until 1786. Proud, independent, at one with nature, the wolf encapsulates what we are about here in Blackstairs Brewing.
