Burlingame's state-of-the art 14-barrel brewery has a production capacity of 197 barrels a month or 2,366 barrels per year. The ales are brewed using a single-step infusion all-grain process. The plush, open-ceiling restaurant seats 200 and has excellent food. Outside seating is available year round, and there is a beautiful gothic billiard room graced with six 9-foot pool tables in an adjoining room which is available for private parties.
