No longer in business as of 2013 Skeena Brewing Company is rich in tradition and offers beer drinkers one of the most refreshing beer tastes imaginable-Wolfgang's® German Style Beer. The concept for a German Style Beer was born in 1997 when Ontario beer consumers were beginning to show interest in international flavours. Our expert brewers chose only the best ingredients for its creation, and our finest German style lager is brewed in small batches using world famous Hersbrucker hops and premium malted barley. Wolfgang's® beer is cold filtered and sterile filled. No additives or preservatives are used in the brewing of this premium, all natural, and great tasting beer. The flavour complexities of Wolfgang's® German Style Beer reward the discriminating beer drinker with slightly more bitterness and a satisfying flavour experience. Care was taken to create a premium lager beer that is just slightly more bitter using a blend of choice hops including Hersbruckers to achieve the desired balance. Wolfgang's® beer is rich in colour-gold and bronze tones; and, the beer is lightly carbonated. Wolfgang's® beer should be refrigerated during storage and then consumed at chilled temperatures. It is a refreshing beer to enjoy on its own, or it can be served with many of the traditional snacks as well as the more nouveau flavourful varieties.
