Operations ceased in 2011 when Chloe Smith and Cédric Dauchot eventually moved to Powell River, BC to lead the efforts of Townsite Brewing Incorporated Brewers Chloe Smith and Cédric Dauchot have recently incorporated Shiny Penny Brewery. Their first beer is Saskatchewan Wheat Ale, a Belgian style witbeer (think Hoegaarden) is spiced with orange peel and coriander. Hazy by design, make sure to swirl the yeast in the bottom of the bottle for full effect before pouring into a glass to enjoy.
