What goes better with fire-grilled food than beer? There’s no mistaking Rustico’s love for barley & hops! The bar’s focal point is a custom galvanized inverted T bar with 30 brilliant taps book-ended by two massive coolers holding more than 250 different types of ales, lagers, ciders and stouts. RUSTICO WINES Although the main focus at Rustico’s bar is beer, we couldn’t ignore the temptation of the fruit of the vine. Our wine director has created an appetizing short list of New World wines that pair well with the smokiness of the brick oven and wood grill. The bar also offers house-specialty Sangrias that will change seasonally.
