Raleigh Brewing Company

Raleigh Brewing Company was formed in May of 2010. Originally it was formed to enter a partnership and brew beer at a local bar that was being built in northwest Raleigh. The partnership did not come to fruition, although the idea of another brewery was met with great enthusiasm and a lot of encouragement. We continued to develop beers and rewrote our business plan as a stand alone brewery. Beers were tested, and appreciated by all. It has been a fun and exciting process. Our equipment was delivered in late August and we have begun installation in our warehouse located down the street from PNC Stadium, Fairgrounds, Meredith College and NC State.. we couldn’t think of a better place to be located. As Kristie Nystedt is the majority owner in Raleigh Brewing Company it make us the first female owned brewery in North Carolina.
