The brewery is located in the picturesque village Kötschach-Mauthen, Gailtal, Carinthia - Austria. Close to the Italian border is here at 720 meters above sea level, celebrates with its own source, the best raw materials, and attention to product delicious freshly brewed beer. The brewhouse is modern with state, fermented traditionally in open fermentation vat. We are Gail Valley first brewery and have to craft which have been performed at 1700 in Mauthen is linked.
