It was intentional to reconstruct completely the aera in two phases and run it long terms through Starocesky pivovarek copany. The new brewery and malt house opened in 2005. Aera of Dobruska brewery should not be only the place for producing malt, beer and run a restaurant. It should also become a social centre. There is an effort gradually offer other services and become very often visited
