Links: Sign Up to Participate:Penlon Cottage Brewery is not just a microbrewery but a cottage industry where hand crafted brewing complements the natural farm cycle. We strive to do things in a sustainable manner with as little waste as possible. We have a small, but expanding hop yard fertilised using only the matured natural product from our livestock. We are also trialling traditional Welsh barleys grown in the times before the advent of modern agricultural chemicals. Our livestock benefit greatly from the brewers grains, beer and yeast derived from our own brewery. We have a standard range of six bottled beers available throughout the year at many independent retailers. We are also investigating markets for our livestock, carefully reared at the brewery under the "Penlon Brewers Mate" banner.
