Pause Café is a social cooperative that promotes social and economic development processes fair, sustainable and participatory, with special attention to the inclusion of disadvantaged people, in North and South. Work side by indigenous communities in Guatemala and cooperative of coffee producers in Mexico and Costa Rica in the care and development of cocoa production. The work with these communities historically excluded from the benefits of their work, enabling them to improve the living conditions, enhancing the relationship with the territories, protecting biodiversity and culture, understood as co-evolved heritage of humanity. At the same time, offers to inmates of Prison Inmates "Lorusso and Cotugno" in Turin and "Rodolfo Morandi" di Saluzzo, social and professional reintegration pathways. Through the establishment of international partnerships, with particular attention to the network of solidarity economy, Pause Café aims to bring together the producers and consumers, shortening the supply chain and reducing intermediation.
