As one of the smallest breweries on the West Coast, our brewhouse produces 109 gallons a batch (3.5 barrels). We designed and operate our brewery as a labor of love. Our labor intensive process begins in our brewhouse, where we hand mill whole barley and grain using specialty yeast strains. These small batches are transferred to open fermentation vessels, where the beer requires near-constant observation and quality control. From there, beers are conveyed to our conditioning room to age and mellow. Finally, they are moved to our serving tanks and then on to our taproom. This time intensive process assures a fresh, full-bodied and non-filtered ale. We hope you'll taste the difference at first sip. In addition to our best-selling IPA, our variety of barleywines are a year-round favorite, as is our homemade Root Beer (especially with kids). Given our diminutive size, other ales are offered in rotation, and we are always adding new selections to our beer menu, such as Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen and Blood Money Red Ale. Rotational specials are the lifeblood of our business and as a small brewery we can take more chances than most, so stop in and see what's on tap today. No wonder our taster sets are so popular! Peruse our beer menu for a partial listing of our rotational selections. And, make sure to ask about cask-conditioned nights, when we offer the purest form of British ale - with natural fermentation and carbonation, it's the most civilized of beers.
