Links: Sign Up to Participate:We have installed a 2 barrel plant into the cellars of the North Riding for producing beers just for the pub (and occasional beer festivals). We are currently brewing once a week but are going to increase to twice a week in the very near future. The brewlength is actually 7 firkins due to the size of the kettle we use. It is a full mash brew and our malt is supplied by Fawcetts of Castleford. We use Farams in Worcester as our hop supplier although the varieties of hops we have are American and New Zealand.
