The brewery was opened in 2006. Build next to the inn in the new building where the ground is brewing : Grist, dish barrels and cellar is fermenting and storage cellar. The brewery produces conventional technology. Varna - the beer is brewed classic double match of technology, production exclusively Czech raw materials : Moravian malt, hops, yeast culture and pure spring water from the Beskydy. Spilka - the brewing of beer in the brewhouse called the wort is cooled to fermentation temperature is 8 °C and starter kvasnicova type H. Then the principal fermentation tanks for 12 days. Enough fermented beer is then bottled in lager tanks. Storage cellar - here aged beer lager tanks standing in 5 weeks at 2 °C under a pressure of 0.5 bar. After the maturation beer is tapped straight from the tanks to the bar.
