This wood that flows in our veins, having been the bread and butter of our ancestors, place of healing, strength, calmness and serenity. These woods, symbol of the power of deer that inhabit our forests. This Grandbois (Alain), poet wanders the soul, inspiration Abbey will host our tanks ... a name that represents what we are by the oak barrels used for aging of some of our beers, yeast working and refine our brews, offering a rich and wild profile and to develop a range of boutique beers !
