Making great beer is no easy task. And getting a production brewery started in a city that was once famous for it's beer has also proven to be a journey fraught with many a trial and tribulation. Along the way, we have met many great people and have been inspired and energized to stay the course by the incredible support of Oaklanders and beer lovers alike. In the end, the reward is well worth all that has been endured as Linden Street Brewery is now up and brewing---working double time to get our distinctive Old California Style Lagers on tap for the thirsty people of Oakland and beyond. Situated in a historic 1890's brick warehouse in the Port of Oakland, Linden Street Brewery is focused on bringing a lost tradition back to Oakland in a way that honors beer styles native to the West Coast and contributes to the revitalization of this beautiful city and it's people.
