Our students are back in the lab brewing and the graduation class is unveiling their Signature Recipe beers each Friday. The first round of signature recipe beers has included a Biere de Garde; Porter; and Extra Special Bitter. There will be a new one on tap each week, with limited supply so be sure to get here early! Bring your own growler or buy a new KPU growler to bring back for a fill each week. Proceeds from the beer sales go back into the Brewing and Brewery Operations Diploma program to help support the students' education. WHAT'S ON TAP Each week, we'll have something different on tap and quantities of each recipe are limited, so get there early to get your pick! Past beers have included a Golden Lager; Pale Ale; Wit; Oatmeal Stout; Belgian Dark; and an India Session Ale to name a few. Stop by to see what's new each week! Tastings are free, so you can try before you buy.
