John and his family started off with a small hop yard in 2016, fell in love with the farm and all it had to offer. Starting off with small Brews at home, John has had the opportunity to perfect his beer. Along with growing the hop yard we are going into 2019 opening Hill Top Hops' Brewhouse and we are very humbled with all the community support. Hill Top Hops has become more then just a small family owned hobby and business it has brought family and friends together. We are very humbled with the time, handwork and love they have all given us. Over the past 3 years Hill Top Hops has had the opportunity to be apart of some pretty amazing opportunities. We have participated in 2 collaborations with Alexander Keiths . "Hants Co. Hop On Harvest Ale", this Beer made with only our hops and "Annapolis Hop Field Ale" a joint effort with "Wicked Hops", "Fundy Hops", "Horton Ridge Malt House" and Us! We are very excited to find out where 2019 takes us, and we hope you join us for the ride!
