Traditional Real Ales made using the Finest Ingredients David and Nicola Hughes proudly launch Happy Valley Brewery, a newly established family business in the heart of Bollington, Cheshire. David, a brewer of over 20 years brewing experience, has installed a purpose built, modern Microbrewery. This efficient system will produce a range of Traditional Real Ales using our own unique Lancashire milltown brewery yeast, to tried and tested recipes. Happy Valley Brewery will only use the finest, freshest ingredients always locally sourced where possible. The first ale Sworn Secret was first produced in October 2010, closely followed by Lazy Daze and then Black Magic.
