The Hamilton Brewery or THB, is an ambitious effort aimed at becoming the beer of choice for a proud city. We aim to achieve this lofty goal by brewing awesome craft beer & providing great service to our customers. With the launching our first ale, Blue Collar Pale Ale, we have planted our flag & begun this challenge. Blue Collar is a crisp, clean Pale Ale that has a mild, malty beginning that is balanced perfectly with predominantly Centennial Hops. These hops have been layered in during the brewing process & further dry hopped during fermentation giving Blue Collar a piney finish that is crisp & doesn’t linger on the pallet. That’s the only one we are making right now but more are planned… the research is delicious work. The response has been fantastic! Both those familiar with the blessing that is craft beer & those new to the scene love it. For now you can only enjoy THB on tap at bars all around town. We are aiming at late summer to release cans at the LCBO but for now you gotta get out there and try one.. or two!
