In almost no other city in the world has the centuries old tradition of brewing beer been kept as lively as in the Franconian Cathedral city. One of the last ten breweries of Bamberg is the Greifenklau Brewery. On one of the seven hills of the UNESCO town of Bamberg you can find the private Greifenklau Brewery.
