Apple Cider is being introduced in India by Green Valley Cider Pvt Ltd. The company is promoted by entrepreneurs who have a long experience in apple cultivation. The group owns several acres od apple orchards in Himachal Predesh. The rich quality of these apples makes them simply ideal for cider brewing. the apples have great chewy flesh with high sugr content. Special care is taken to avoid rotten and wormy fruits. The handpicked apples are then carefully washed, brushed and rinsed to maintain their hygiene and quality. The cidery is located at Shoghi, in famous Shimla hills, a part of the richest apple and fruit producing belt of Himachal Pradesh. The natural taste and aroma of apple is retained in the cider because the climate favours the cultivation. This brings out the unique character in cider. The spring water of Shimla hills, which is natural mineral water is used during the complete process. Our highly experienced hands, use the century old art of cider brewing to bring out the best quality cider. The cidery has been set up using state-of-the-art plant and machinery. Food Grade imported steel is used in brewing vessels to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene. DELLA-TOFFOLA, the Italian manufacturer, has set up the entire filteration process of international class. In order to retain the unique flavour of fresh apples the product is unpasturised.
