Links: Sign Up to Participate:Finger Lakes Beer Company, LLC was established in the fall of 2009 by partners, Mark Goodwin and Wayne Peworchik. We were avid homebrewers for many years and continued our brewing educations completing the World Brewing Academy Concise Course in Brewing Technology through the Siebel Institute of Technology. We selected our Brewery location nestled in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York for its close proximity to Keuka Lake and the availability for lake water for brewing. We purchased a building which offered a spacious workable layout, ample parking and room for future expansion. We began with building renovations, moved to equipment installation's then on to Federal and State licensing and finial to opening our doors on November 11th, 2010 for tastings, tours and growler fills.
