Over 5 years in the making the brewery was completed in August 2014, with our first product delivered Spring of 2015. Growing up in an old country culture family that never bought liquor. Our family always brewed homemade wine, Tired of same old, I started making beer as a hobby. Over the years as time and finances allowed, I started to look for a proper brew system. The idea was to have a 2 or 3 BBL systems and brew just as a hobby. By the time I was finished shopping I had build a new brewery with a capacity of over 20,000 litre’s a month. Owner and brewer, I built the brewery on my ranch in the Lac La Biche County approx. 5 km south of our home town Plamondon. The brewery is a destination brewery with a tasting room and Growler fill bar. The Brewery will also have scheduled Brew Master Openings throughout the year.
