Links: Sign Up to Participate:The Evans Brewery, established in 1994, is the oldest craft brewery in Orange County and one of the oldest in all of Southern California. Located inside the McCormick and Schmick’s Restaurant at 2000 Main Street, the brewery has an annual capacity of approximately 12,000+ barrels. Our small, labor-intensive operation produces nine permanent styles with many seasonal and small batch offerings. With eight 50bbl fermenters, one 17bbl fermenter and a 50bbl brite tank, we brew beers from light blonde ales, to complex Russian Imperial Stouts. We package our beers using a homemade PLC-controlled, dual keg cleaner/filler and a six head Meheen bottling machine.
