Sydneysiders are now enjoying this tradition at Epoque, a spacious Belgian bistro from the early 1900s classically recreated for the 21st century. Owner Olivier Massart has opened a completely revamped restaurant (formerly Gilbert's) in late October 1999 on the lower North Shore, at 429 Miller Street in Cammeray and also the giant new 350-seater Heritage Belgian Beer Café at 135 Harrington Street at The Rocks, Sydney in July 2003.
