Links: Sign Up to Participate:Coalition Brewing was born out of a serendipitous chance encounter between owners Kiley Hoyt and Elan Walsky. Both began as home brewers and received formal brewing education through the Siebel Institute in Chicago. Their love of beer and the brewing process is the impetus for the Coalator Program, which encourages local home brewers to brew their recipes in the brewery and serve them at the pub. Head Brewer Bruce MacPhee is an industry veteran of ten years, and uses his experience and personal love of brewing to help create our delicious and balanced beers.
