Founded in June 2008 by Mark Pearson, an enthusiastic and proficient craft brewer, with a desire to create more choice and alternatives to the mass produced beers that exist in the marketplace. Based in Waringstown, Co Down, Northern Ireland we're rewriting the history books. Bringing alive an age old skill, once prevalent in the village and lost over 180 years ago. Combining the old traditional, artisan ways with modern twists. We're excited about sharing our innovative and alternative beers with you.
