Em 2004, a primeira obra da dupla chega ao mercado: a Coruja Viva! A lager não-pasteurizada, envasada em uma garrafa vintage de 1 litro, impressionava à primeira vista e rapidamente ganhou fama na Capital gaúcha. A produção era realizada em parceria com a Gol Beer/ Chope Maspe em Teutônia (RS). Em 2006, é promovida primeira edição do Extra-Malte, evento semanal realizado em Porto Alegre, em parceria com o StudioClio e o burgomestre Sady Homrich. Lá, a Coruja compartilha conhecimentos sobre o mundo das cervejas especiais e a gastronomia. Em 2007, foi criada a Coruja Extra Viva. A fórmula leva dois tipos de malte (Vienna e Pilsen), é mais alcoólica (6,5%) e aromática (lúpulos Galena e Perle), o que garante um sabor inigualável!A garrafa é um show à parte: um frasco antigo com o rótulo serigrafado diretamente no vidro.
