Links: Sign Up to Participate:Cerveceria de Baja California is a company established in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, dedicated to the elaboration of malt beverages. We started brewing in 1999 and began commercializing our beers in December 2002 with the vision of elaborating a unique product that captures the essence of the region. The product we brew is Cucapá Beer. This name comes from one of the five Indian tribes that live in the Mexicali Valley. The Cucapá tribe was the first settlers of the region and the love for water and nature took them to live in the delta of the Colorado River. The tradition of nature, the water of the river, the geographical location and the initiative of being the first people to explore the region is what makes Cerveza Cucapá as unique as our ancestors. Today, we have two restaurant bars where our home brew is served, and since 2005 a production plant was created were Cucapa Beer is elaborated to be sold in different restaurants in the northwestern region of Mexico and southwestern region of the United States.
