The Brewery Casa Cervecera Quinta Normal was founded on 2006 by four beer lovers. The need for a quality product that would enter the emerging market for premium beer led them to engage in the search for interesting and innovative formulas that allow to obtain a beer of the highest purity and quality. The magical gatherings around a table on which were tasted different handcrafted beers in a home kitchen led to the founding of the House Brewery was given in a rather natural. There were two choices for that first production: Amber Ale and Stout. Over time they add a Sparkling Ale to make more intense the freshness of the product in the summer.
