By The Bottle opened quietly St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2006. With 99 beers in our coolers, we began what is becoming a great beer adventure. By May 2006, the beer selection had grown to over 300 beers and the word was starting to spread. One month later and now at 400 beers, the “little beer store that could” was starting to build up some steam. Our selection is approaching over 600 brews and our customer base has provided us with many new friends, great stories and wonderful memories. With the help of our friends, families and our loyal customers, By The Bottle has become the premier specialty beer store in Vancouver, Wash., and Clark County.
