It all started with construction, drywall specifically. Tired nights, long days, and lots of hours spent struggling to build a business. Fast-forward five years and we are on to the next business, a brewery. Homebrewing with clients and in basements, Jake's intro to beer was similar to many, a community builder. As the concept of owning a brewery began to transform into something tangible, Jake knew exactly where a hole in the industry was. Seven generations of Jake's family have lived in Paulding County. Being the first brewery in Paulding County meant Jake was able to bring a part of his passion to the community he loves.
