Links: Sign Up to Participate:Our brewery was established in 1897 and is the fifth since then as a family business in the Generation out. In our wood-fired brew kettle, we brew our popular Hofmann's drop in raw materials from the region. Alk Our Dark export of 5.2%. is brewed in a traditional brewing process. After a week of open primary fermentation followed by a 4-6 week maturation in our storage tanks. Then it is ready to be bottled and barrels. In the period from November to December, there is also hard alk our quaffable beer with 5.5%. Our beers are also available in the Fässgrössen 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50 liters for your parties at us.
