It is in Riquewihr, surrounded by vines that I had the idea to make the beer flow and create a micro-brewery in 1998. Made from a selection of three malts and hops top fermented, which gives it a beautiful amber color, the Hollbeer Prestige is brewed handcrafted in tanks of 150 liters. After maturation, the beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered, which gives it the cloudy appearance, a sign of quality. We brew currently 7 different beers over the seasons, the wheat beer 5.5% vol. the latest addition to our micro-brewery beer flavored Cremant d'Alsace 7% vol. LINK RANGE. While in Riquewihr, do not forget to visit our brewery (reservations) and enjoy authentic craft beers.
